WNVZ-FM - Z104 Norfolk, VA - Charity Album - 1987

This vinyl album was a massive project which was two sides of the best bits from The Z-104 Morning Zoo with co-hosts Corey Deitz and Chris Bailey, with newwoman, Angie Aresco, and sports reporter, Bruce Rader. The cover is an obvious parody of the famous 1967 album cover by The Beatles, "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band."

The photo above took a couple of weeks to get together. I created the backdrop of heads by finding images and blowing them up on a copy machine. Some were then hand-colored.

The Beatles wax figures were lent to the show by Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum in Virginia Beach. The flower arrangement was created by a local florist and the rest of the items were gathered from various sources. It took a full day to set up the shot and shoot it.
